As Blues music enthusiasts we enjoy being able to release the daily pressures
of every day life by listening and dancing to the Blues.
How would you feel if suddenly
there wasn't a Blues scene in Ottawa anymore? Sure festivals are fun but what about the rest of the year!
We need to keep the Blues alive in this town and luckily there are people working behind the scenes to do just that.
They are called the "OTTAWA BLUES SOCIETY"!
These are the foot soldiers for Blues in Ottawa and we need to support them.
When you support OBS, you support your own music interests,local musicians and venues.
Let's restore the Ottawa scene back to its glory years. Make a point to visit The Rainbow, Tucson's,
Irene's and all the other clubs in town because your attendance will be a small contribution with a big effect.
Blues is the sexiest music on the planet so let's face it, there isn't a better beat to dance to!
Instead of hiring a DJ for your upcoming event or wedding, why not hire a local Blues band? Nothing beats live entertainment!
